Each of the following Regional Guilds have a Representative on the South African Quilters' Guild Committee. This Committee meets annually and is responsible for all the administrative work of the National Guild. The President and the Representatives of the 4 bigger Guilds (Golden Rand, Good Hope, Natal and Jacaranda Guilds) form the Executive Committee for urgent interim decisions to be taken. Regular contact is kept with emails, faxes and newsletters. Each Committee Member has a portfolio for which he/she is responsible, this work is done on a voluntary basis and no honorariums are paid.
