Congratulations to MARLINE TURNER – the top prize winner of the ‘Usha Award for Excellence in Quilting’ at the Quilt Show Competition during the first India Quilt Festival (IQF 2019) at Chennai.
Well done Marline- SAQG Master Quilter
The award comprised a Certificate and the wi-fi enabled sewing-cum-embroidery machine with digitizer, the Usha Janome Memory Craft 15000, was handed over to Ms. Marline Turner by Mr. K.P. Achutan, Regional Manager, South India, USHA and in the presence of IQF dignitaries. The Quilt Show Competition at IQF witnessed 290 plus quilts from India and overseas taking part in the competition across various categories. The categories for this section included Traditional, Modern, Art, Novice, and Theme quilts.
The next India Quilt Festival will be from 23 -25 January 2021.
